This biennial award was created in 2004 in recognition of the outstanding services of Prof. Hubert Curien as Founder and President of Eurisy for the promotion of space and international cooperation.
Pursuant to its aims of developing and advancing international cooperation in the space field, through the Hubert Curien Award, Eurisy honours a person, a team, or an institution, who has made an outstanding contribution to the promotion of international cooperation in the field of space science & technology and space applications.
The previous winners are Dr Gabriel Lafferanderie (2004) and Dr Sergio Camacho-Lara (2006).
You are invited to propose a candidate (individual, team or institution) having made a significant contribution towards international cooperation in space-related fields. Deadline for submission is 28 April 2008.
